WE STUDY TO WORK

Two international seminars were held from March 10 till March 12 for the employees of Central Asia Hasadim. It devoted to "Home care" program and working the operators with databases. Teachers from Israel Anna Shtrom and Alexandr Kantor presented new methods and rules of programs for the participants of seminar from around Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan. The representative of organization "Joint" in Central Asia Max Wiesel greeted the participants in the opening of seminars.

The theme of one seminar was new rules of program "Home care". During 3 days the coordinators of "Home care" program made up "the portrayal" of client, they found what help this man have to get, what he can do himself, and what kind of services Hesed suggests today. The employees were teaching check the quality of the offered services by new rules.

The second seminar for the databases operators helped the employees to make out questions and problems arising at day-to-day work. The participants of seminar worked in groups, considered changing in the structure of databases, continued intensive scrutiny the facilities of databases of "Hesed", and they learned to practice under the direct of the founder of this database Alexandr Kantor. In addition, new module "Patronage" in the database "Hesed" was considered for two seminars participants simultaneously.

- The employees of Hesed improved their knowledge at these seminars, - noted the chairman of Hesed Board Alexandr Baron, - these measures are necessary for productive and efficient the work of employees.

The seminar was organized by Valentina Sokolkova the coordinator of "Home care" program and Valerie Berkman the coordinator of databases in Kazakhstan.
