Jewish Cultural Centers function in 15 cities of
Kazakhstan. People learn their native traditions, culture & language with great
interest, they get to know lots of new about Israel & Jewish people that live
in the other cities of Kazakhstan & other countries, they watch films about
it & read books. Different holidays that are organized in Centers become the
bright events. In such days the collaborators of the Centers show special concern
about old people who found themselves in a difficult financial position - they
are given grocery sets, they take part in holidays, they feel care & attention
from the community. In libraries readers are told about famous Jewish compatriots
& about Israel.
