The chairman of the Jewish ethno-cultural association of the city of Kzyl-Orda Lyudmila Lee is awarded by the Certificate of honor signed by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N. Nazarbayev for a worthy contribution to strengthening of interethnic unity, a public consent and tolerance development.

Within several years the member of Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan, the historian and teacher Lyudmila Lee made lectures, seminars, meetings with students, she has travelled to production areas for the purpose of distribution of ideas of unity of the people of Kazakhstan, tolerance and an interethnic consent.

Her active position in strengthening of peace in our country was noted in 2011, rewarding is dated for 20-year anniversary of Independence of the Republic.

The association of the Jewish organizations "Mitsva" congratulates the chairman of ECC Lyudmila Lee on an appreciation of the necessary and useful activity, and wishes further creative and professional successes.
