The lectures are read by Valentina Proskurina - by the author of the book "Registration policy on NSFO #2 for public organizations".

On opening of a seminar all gathered congratulated and wished good luck the coordinator of social and Community program of "Joint" Committee Galina Chelokhsayeva.

The given seminar is aimed at rendering of the practical help to the workers of the account in branches of Hesed.
